  • Performance Class – regular opportunities to share music, refine stage presence, and support one another.
     
  • Master  Classes – not limited to piano. Guest visual artists, dancers, and  performers join to help students see connections across the arts,  broadening creativity and perspective.

This season, Saturday Music Classes open the doors for children, teens, and adults to explore music together.


  • These sessions focus on theory, singing, rhythm, and collaborative music-making — building not only skills but also community.

  • Moore Kauaʻi Music – Founder and piano educator; lessons that combine movement, rhythm, and color.
     
  • KaiYoSyen Pedagogy – A public framework for creativity connecting music, movement, story, and symbolic patterns.
     
  • Kauaʻi Chorale – Artistic Director; concerts that weave music with storytelling and visual staging.
     
  • ʻŌlelo Hawaiian Children’s Choir – Directed rehearsals and wrote two bilingual Hawaiian–English productions.
     
  • Vacation Music School – Founded and led a week-long immersive music program for children.
     
  • Stage Performer – 40+ years of acting and singing, from A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court (1989) to Siddhartha on Kauaʻi (Greg Shepard, director).
     
  • Church Musician – Pianist, organist, and choir director since age 15.
     
  • Community Performances – Children’s musicals, comedic skits, and community shows (including Herbert Merriweather sketches).
     
  • Community Leadership – Led the Wednesday Elders Group for three years, hosting music, crafts, and social gatherings.

  • Construction & Carpentry Trade School (1976–1978) – Two years of vocational training that became the foundation for set design, building, and renovations.

  • Theatrical Arts Studies – Auburn University & Southern Union Community College – Acting, performance, and dramatic arts.
     
  • Interior Design – Art Institute of Atlanta – Principles of color, space, and functional beauty.
     
  • M.A. in Music – Jacksonville State University, 1988 – Piano performance, theory, and pedagogy.

  • The Kai Musical – A boy finds his voice through movement, whistles, clicks, and dance—a children’s story and cosmic allegory about connection.
     
  • The Woodon Forest Project (2025) – An interdisciplinary performance uniting music, art, and story, where children and audiences created alongside the show.
     
  • Cosmic Night Shows – Immersive concerts that blend music, narration, lighting, and cosmic imagery to transform halls into starfields—science, myth, and art woven into unforgettable nights.
     
  • Cosmic Music Research – Explorations mapping Kelvin color scales to harmonic sound, and linking music to chakras, planetary resonance, and light.
     
  • AI Syntactic Body & Brain – A conceptual model (inspired by bodywork) that marries structure and flow—rigid and fluid—powered by recursive energy.
